哪有不疼的蜕变

哪有不难的人生

哪有不苦的修行

哪有唾手可得的成就

每一次成长一定需要相应的付出

每一次成功都要千锤百炼

没有谁轻轻松松就能完美无缺

为了生计尚且要投入巨大的代价

成就出世间佛果怎可能坐享其成

修行是一次次的蜕变

蝶只是脱下身体的外壳

而我们是从心上一层层的脱壳

所有的糟粕

所有的习气

所有的执着

都要一点点的拨掉

这个过程虽然艰辛

但越拨就会越轻松

当所有的伪装、执念、成见、情绪

慢慢消失时

你会变成你真正喜欢的样子

事实上

除了蜕变

我们无路可走

修行之苦是轮回中最轻松的苦

也唯有佛果才配得上

我们生生世世承受的一切苦难

No transform happens without pain 

No easy life

Where there is practice without pain

Where there is achievement could be got easily

Every growth needs corresponding efforts

Every success needs a lot of practice.

No one could be perfect comfortably

It needs a huge cost to be paid in order to make a living

How could Buddha’s achievements be enjoyed without any efforts

Practice is one after another transforming

Butterfly just takes off the shell from its body

But we take off the shell from our heart

All the dregs

All the bad habits

All the persistence

Need to be removed bit by bit

Though the process is laborious

It will feel more and more relaxed when you keep removing

When all the mask, obsession, prejudice and emotion disappeared slowly

You could change yourself to a new one who you really like

Actually

Except transforms, we have no choice

The pain of practice is the most relaxed in the reincarnation

Only Buddha’s achievements could be worthy of all the suffering that we endure throughout our lives.
