我们的心总是随境而转，看到什么、听到什么心里就想什么，而且容易与烦恼相应，不容易随着我们听闻的佛法去思维。  Our mind is always responding to the changes in the external circumstances, and reflects what we see and hear. It is easy to get mingled with afflictions, preventing us from resorting to the Dharma we study. 要常常去三宝地、清净的环境，多听闻正法、亲近善友，尽量让自己多处于佛法的环境中，并且听到的道理，要用各种办法去忆持、记熟。 This is why we should often visit the monasteries, the venue of the Three Jewels, immerse ourselves in the learning of the Dharma and get closer with virtuous friends. What's more, we need to memorize and practice what we have learned in real practice.
